1. DMCA Compliance
QuantumForce Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement.
2. Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our DMCA Agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- Consent to jurisdiction of federal court in your judicial district
4. Repeat Infringers
QuantumForce Inc. will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
